As a social enterprise, E.I.S. specializes in serving immigrants, employers, and the community. We aim to connect willing and capable immigrants with job opportunities that match their qualifications, while also providing language support services to facilitate their integration into the workforce and local community.

A 2022 study by the United States Census Bureau showed that of the 13 million people living in Ohio, nearly 10% are of a diverse background where English is not their first language. By bridging the gap between employers seeking talented individuals and immigrants seeking employment, we aim to create a win-win situation for both parties. We use our expertise in understanding the unique challenges faced by immigrants in order to serve all parties.

While partnering with companies,  E.I.S. searches for individuals that best fit the company's needs, as well as offers new-hire consultations to be sure they understand the company's expectations of them.
